Storage: Kept refrigerated: Once opened use within 7 days, suitable for home freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within 6 months. Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours.
The shelf life of the pudding is 35 days.

To cook: Slice, remove casing, place on a dry pan, fry 2-3 minutes each side at a moderate heat, let stand for 30 seconds.
Microwave: (700 w) - for 45 seconds or until piping hot, let stand for 30 seconds.
